- Step 1: Raw Material Inspection (H4)
- Inspecting copper purity, steel grade, and epoxy resin integrity against IEC 60034-1 design specs.
- Step 2: In-Process Machining Audits (H4)
- Real-time inspection of CNC machining and assembly operations to ensure zero mechanical defects.
- Step 3: Final Performance Testing (H4)
- Motor Testing: Amperage draw, efficiency, power factor, and insulation leakage (up to 5000 VDC).
- Pump Testing: Flow, head pressure, and efficiency as per ISO 9906.
